To be proactive in our planning, we will follow this procedure in the event of inclement weather on a day when you were scheduled for an IEP, 504, or GIEP team meeting.

We will cancel all meetings scheduled to begin between 8:30-10:30 and resume meetings starting at 11:00am. If we are not able to reschedule these meetings on a different day due to compliance issues, they will be rescheduled for a different time on the delayed day. If you are unable to attend the new time, the school team will still meet and the case manager will follow up with you. If there is still time in the compliance window, the meeting will be fully rescheduled. 

The first snow day in December was a day off for staff and students. All subsequent snow days will shift to a flexible instruction day (virtual) after a 2-hour delay. Meetings scheduled on these days will operate in the same manner as a regular delay day, except that all meetings will be held virtually.
