Since school started, we have been reviewing the RAMS Way and talking about how to be safe in all areas of the school. One way that we work to keep everyone safe is to practice our emergency drills (fire, lockdown, and severe weather). This week we did have our first lockdown drill and the students did a super job.
Parents, please remind and reinforce that no electronic devices should be out on the buses, and if they are bringing a stuffed animal or item for recess to school, it must fit in and remain in their backpacks.
The PTO is hosting a Dine Out Night at Wexford Public on Wednesday, October 9. Don't forget to let them know that you are there for the Richland Elementary Fundraiser.
Our last presale sold 70 books and each library was able to get two copies of Investigators. Order Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Hot Mess by October 18. Riverstone Books will donate 20% of all sales back to our libraries.
Every Thursday, starting on November 7, this after-school program will teach your student various baking techniques while preparing delicious desserts.
